Abstract

The article covers the artistic activity of female bandura players in the conditions of emigration. The history of the formation and functioning of bandura art in Poland is explored. The influence of historically formed stereotypes and prejudices related to the system of values inherent in the kobzar culture, on the formation of solo and ensemble bandura performances on the territory of the neighboring country is analyzed. The creative, performing and educational activities of bandura ascetics are considered, who made a significant contribution to the development and establishment of bandura performance in the emigration environment of Poland
