BASIC MODELS FOR THE FORMATION OF STRATEGIES FOR CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE ODESSA REGION (NATIONAL AND CULTURAL ASPECT)

Abstract

This article analyzes integration as the best acculturation strategy in the process of intercultural interaction of representatives of different national cultures in the context of the development of the multinational Odessa region.  The author explores transculture as a social and humanitarian phenomenon of modern society, which consists in identifying significant regional differences with their internal specificity and comes down to a revision of «cultural deformation», the transition of acculturation to a qualitatively new level. The article defines a reform strategy aimed at profound and constructive changes, at preserving the cultural and spiritual heritage of the Ukrainian people, at creating conditions for the creative activity of citizens.
