The article examines international mobility programs as an essential factor in fostering intercultural dialogue within the field of vocal art. Vocal performance is interpreted as a universal medium of communication and cultural diplomacy that enhances mutual understanding among diverse communities. The methodological framework is based on an integrative approach, employing analysis, synthesis, generalization, and historical-cultural methods. The findings demonstrate that cultural mobility contributes to the professional development of vocal artists, strengthens social cohesion, and serves as an effective tool of international cultural exchange, particularly under conditions of crisis. The scientific novelty lies in identifying new forms of mobility that enhance the role of vocal art in intercultural interaction. It is concluded that cultural exchange supports Ukraine’s European integration, promotes the creative potential of artists, and reinforces intercultural cooperation on a global scale.
