PROJECT MANAGEMENTANDGRANT ACTIVITY IN THE CLUB-TYPE CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The characteristics of the project management in the club-type cultural institutions have been reviewed, particularly during the pandemic (COVID-19) and russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, the grant activity in the field of culture has been analyzed on the example of Kalush territorial community.It has been proved that the research of the project management in the work of cultural institutions of Ukraine at the present stage, its analysis of the problem of development and determining the prospects of the project management in the work of cultural institutions are the priority.
