Presenting main material. Pedagogical and creative activities are often combined as facets of the talent of one
individual. Pedagogical activity requires constant personal growth, improvement of professional skills. Creative personality is manifested in the active multifaceted activity of a person and requires constant expansion of the knowledge base for experimentation. Therefore, both pedagogical and creative activities involve continuous development in the direction of perfection and professionalism. The study of the dynamics of Maria Ignatyuk's development as a teacher and artist was carried out using an acmeological approach. Analyzing the formation of the pedagogical and creative activity of Maria Ignatyuk, it is possible to state that there are four stages of the formation of a specialist – initial (adaptation); professional skills; selfactualization
in the profession and the level of creativity of a specialist (personal creative contribution). It is mentioned about primary and secondary professionalization, i.e. internship. The work updated the main criteria and analyzed the qualitative indicators of professionalization at each of the stages. Having considered the dynamics of becoming a specialist, we come to the conclusion that Maria Ignatiuk achieved the «acme» of pedagogical activity, as a high degree of freedom and creativity in professional activity, the creation of the latest educational approaches, the release of educational films, the development and
publication of methodological and didactic publications. At the same time, the «acme» of the artist's creative activity coincides with her creation of the author's radio theater «In the Cathedral of the Word of Maria Ignatiuk», as a synergy of skill and willpower with a high concentration of creative potential. Prospects for further research will provide new opportunities for the development of art education and the study of the creative activity of an individual.
