Abstract

 

Having studied the graphics of Dnipro Art Museum, the drawing of artists of Dnepropetrovsk region has been completely analyzed. It has been found that drawing occupied a significant part of the work of artists of the region, and developed within the framework of the general artistic and stylistic development of Ukrainian fine arts of the second half of the ХІХ – early ХХІ centuries. The study is focused on identifying figurative and stylistic features, genre structure, diversity of use of drawing materials and techniques by analyzing separate sheets and cycles in the legacy of artists P. Okulov, M. Sapozhnikov, M. Strunnikov, B. Smyrnov, M. Pohribniak, V. Deviatin, M. Kokin, P. Mahro, M. Rodzin, V. Erlikh, M. Kozulin, S. Dubtsova, V. Danilov, V. Samokhvalov.
