GENESIS AND STAGES OF THE DIFFERENTIATION OF THE DANCING CULTURE ON THE WAY TO THE UKRAINIAN BALLET THEATER

Abstract

The history of origin and formation of professional dance has been traced, in particular the emphasis that it originates from craft. Performing dance culture in general and the development of professionalism in performing skills, which subsequently led to the emergence of the concept of «academicism», the criteria of the specificity of dance and plastic language. The historical way of theatricalization of dance, stages of differentiation of professional and folk dances are outlined.
