The aim of this paper is revealing the essence of national cultural formation, which is marked by transformational
processes in the context of military challenges. Research methodology. Based on the cultural methodology, the significance of
events as elements in the factor matrix of being in the culture of global society is revealed, and the idea of the level of the
cultural-creative process is defended, which allows increasing the effectiveness of cultural practices as means of broadcasting
and developing culture at the level of mega, macro, meso and microfactors.
Results. It is proven that special stage events have the means to activate the axiological, creative, and communicative
components of culture-forming cultural practices by introducing performative art forms, stage space, and scenario
organization. Novelty. It is substantiated that when studying the process of national cultural creativity by means of special
stage events, it is necessary to address the cultural essence of events and at the same time ensure the creation of conditions for
valuable, creative, communicative existence in culture (processuality) on the basis of factorial (mega, macro, meso, micro)
eventfulness, at the individual (values, qualities, behavior, emotions, cognition, sociality), group (union, interaction),
environmental (saturation, integration) levels using the means of a special stage event (scenicity, scenario, spatiality), which
will contribute to the dynamics of culture and the participation of individuals and groups in this process.
The practical significance. Practical principles are being developed for organizing culturally creative special stage
events that broadcast Ukrainian culture abroad and ensure its development in safe environments within the country.
