Abstract

The purpose of the article is to understand the exceptional role of information and documentation support in the system of organising high-quality circle work using the example of cultural service centres.
Research Methodology. To define key concepts such as ‘circle activity,’ ‘circle work methodology,’ and ‘documentation procedure,’ we used a method of analysis that allowed us to identify and research sources that have considered these concepts in various theoretical discourses. The review of recent studies and publications helped to identify theoretical perspectives and their thematic interdisciplinary relations. The method of logical analysis and systematisation have given us an opportunity to study the circle work information and documentation support by main groups, from organisational to planning. The method of generalisation has allowed us to formulate recommendations on important content-related information categories that are necessary to improve the quality of circle work during wartime Results. It has been proven that the circle activities information and documentation support is one of the main tools of its organisation and qualitative effectiveness. Today, the situation requires the transformations of the circle activities information and documentation support, which involve a set of measures for planning, control, analysis, identification and elimination of shortcomings, and provision of recommendations to improve the quality of the offered services.
The novelty of the research is the understanding the need to transform the circle work documentation support and
its information components, which are important for the formation of quality support during wartime.
Practical Significance. The defined theoretical and practical positions and recommendations can be used in the professional activities of circle company managers and cultural service centres for their qualitative transformation.
