Abstract

The role of children's festival events in the system of regional cultural and artistic practice of Ukraine is
analyzed. It turns out the specifics of conducting such events with the use of master classes; the specifics of the use of the game component in festivals held in the Mykolaiv region and Western Polissya emphasizes in general. The peculiarities of organization of children's festival of artistic creativity "Golden Stork" and its Academy of pedagogical creativity, which form the general system of artistic activities for children, are considered.
