Abstract

The important specific direction of cultural arrangement and service – features of organizational culture in the field of social services is covered. The specifics of the features of organizational culture in the field of social services are determined and its practical significance as a stimulating factor in improving the quality of social management is indicated. The possibility of improving the balanced functioning of the whole spectrum of social services in the conditions of organizational culture due to the integrated interaction of all components of modern management is substantiated.
