Abstract

The article analyzes the characteristic features of baroque Ukrainian liturgical music of the XVII–XVIII centuries, the contribution of Baroque musical culture to the formation of ethno-national mentality. The influence of «baroque» liturgical music of Ukraine of the XVII–XVIII centuries on the formation of national style of musical culture and cultural self-consciousness of Ukrainians is revealed.
