АRCHETYPAL BACKGROUND OF FIGURATIVELY-SYMBOLIC AREA OF DOMESTIC CHARITY
Abstract
The archetypes of domestic charity as carriers of figurative and symbolic information in the culture of charity and as initial signs of memory in this sphere are researched. Attention is paid to the problems of the specifics of cultural archetypes and the hypothesis is put forward about the uniqueness of cultural archetypes. The archetypal nature of the hypostases of God (God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit) in the context of the specifics of their benefits is considered. The figurative and symbolic sphere of domestic charity is considered within two institutions: traditional charity and philanthropy (modern philanthropy). Analysis of the fundamental semiotic images in the culture of traditional charity and in the culture of philanthropy gave reason to conclude about the state of formation of these systems of archetype fixation.
