The article explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of the «creative resource» concept and the
peculiarities of its implementation within the cultural space of Volyn under modern challenges. The author analyzes the
transformation of the region's traditional cultural heritage into an effective tool for socio-economic development
through the prism of creative industries. A creative resource is defined not merely as a set of intellectual abilities but as
a strategic asset based on local identity. The aim of the article is to provide a theoretical substantiation of the «creative resource» concept and to determine practical ways of its effective use for the development of the socio-cultural space of
the Volyn region amidst contemporary transformational challenges. The objectives include analyzing the specifics of
involving the creative and intellectual potential of Volyn as a strategic resource capable of ensuring sustainable
community development and updating the region's cultural infrastructure in the new socio-cultural realities. The
scientific novelty of the research lies in the analysis of mechanisms for transforming the traditional cultural heritage of
the Volyn region into a creative resource and the development of recommendations for its implementation in modern
socio-cultural practices. Attention is focused on the combination of Volyn's historical and cultural heritage with digital
technologies and project management, using the example of innovative project activities of the most famous museums
in Lutsk. The key advantages of Volyn's urban communities are analyzed in the context of creative potential indicators
and prospects for using creative resources as a factor of regional resilience and identity.
