The article analyzes the monograph "Poetics of Singing" by the prominent Ukrainian scholar V. Antoniuk. The book represents the author's aesthetic, philosophical, and scientific reflection on verbal-musical texts and artistic images. The study examines the structure of the work, which combines broad generalizations (such as the conceptualization of the "nostalgic vocality" in T. Shevchenko's heritage) with deep analysis of specific works by M. Lysenko, V. Kyreiko, V. Kosenko, L. Kolodub, and V. Antoniuk. It is demonstrated that the monograph actualizes a vital sector of vocal research and expands the empirical base of modern chamber singing.
