PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF FUTURE MANAGERS OF SOCIOCULTURAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract

Attention is focused on important aspects of professional self-determination of future managers of sociocultural activities as the main criterion of self-development and self-realization in professional activity. It was established that professional self-determination is a key stage of social formation and adaptation of a manager of socio-cultural activities in professional activity. External and internal factors of professional self-determination are identified. Types of personality identification in the profession are highlighted. The stages of building an individual plan of professional self-determination from the point of view of realizing the professional career of a manager of sociocultural activities are proposed. The professional activity of the manager of socio-cultural activities is disclosed as a sphere of implementation with further development of his abilities, capabilities, capacity, readiness for social contacts with embodiment in behavioral forms with his values, visions, desires, needs, ideas, and attitudes in a professional sociocultural environment.
