THE INNOVATIVE FORMAT OF THE CLUB ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE: CHALLENGES OF THE DECENTRALISATION
Abstract
The purpose of the research is to analyse the main dimensions of the innovative format of club activity in Ukraine, caused by the decentralisation.
Research Methodology. To define the key concept of «innovation format» the author has systematised the sources, dealt with the topic. The method of analysis allowed us to study the theoretical approaches to understanding the term «innovation». The review of the recent researches and publications help to highlight the theoretical perspectives and their thematic interdisciplinary links. The method of logical analysis allowed us to form the main dimensions of the innovative format of the club business and to classify them by priority.
Results. The defined and revealed main dimensions of the innovative format of the club business are a priority for the cultural development of the united territorial communities. The priority dimensions are human resources development; attractive research systems; formation of an innovation-friendly environment in the club institution, which will attract financial support and investment; the development of both individual and collective innovation; the professional partnerships; active implementation of the intellectual property protection; the introduction of effective tools for cultural employment, qualitative and quantitative consumer growth of club services.
Novelty. The main approaches to understanding the innovative format of club business in Ukraine, caused by decentralisation processes are analysed, for the first time, through the prism of theoretical understanding of Ukrainian legal instruments, world management, motivational theories and positive club practices.
Practical significance. The highlighted theoretical positions can serve as a basis for further scientific theories and concepts, dealt with the innovative transformation of the club business in Ukraine. The generalisations and conclusions will be useful for cultural workers, representatives of the united territorial communities in the development of the competitive cultural space.
