IMPLEMENTATION OF ACADEMIC MUSIC MANAGEMENT AT THE MODERN STAGE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE LVIV NATIONAL PHILHARMONY)

Abstract

The article makes an attempt to theoretically comprehend one of the ways of the formation of management of academic music in Ukraine – the reorganization of the state cultural institution. For the first time, the reorganization activities of the communal institution of the Lviv Regional Council «Lviv National Philharmonic» as an institution are highlighted. Information resources and regulatory documents were processed, interviews were carried out with representatives of the Philharmonic's governing (Bohdan Segin and Tetyana Kostorna), archival materials of the institution were considered and introduced into scientific circulation. It was determined that a clear structuring of responsibilities and the establishment of a working process contributed not only to the emergence of a high-class reputation in Ukraine and abroad, but also ensured greater productivity and efficiency of the Philharmonic, as well as its profitability.
