Abstract

The organizational and artistic activity of one of the representatives of the management of the original synthetic
choreographic agency "Edelweiss" (Rivne) is analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the achievements of this agency and the
role of its head in this process. Forms of artistic cooperation of this structure with other artistic groups of the city are
revealed and their efficiency is emphasized. It’s also emphasized that modern life stimulates the artist to try himself in
various forms not only of organizational and cultural activities aimed at reproducing the score or script, but also his own
opportunity to look at a long-known (classic) plot and find a new aspect of his vision. It is at this stage that artistic
interpretation becomes an original creativity, which expands the boundaries of cultural space.
