Abstract

The current state of professional activity in the artistic and educational spheres is analyzed, its influence on the
perception of a certain cultural product is revealed, choosing, for example, the artistic characteristics of three participants of
the III International Festival of Organ Music "Musica viva Organum", held in Rivne in August 2020. The commonality of
approaches of creative personalities of different countries to the understanding of art in the European and Ukrainian cultural
space and the change of approaches in teaching practice and the system of concert life are emphasized. Attention is drawn to
the importance of the motivational component of the representative of the creative profession in the cultural space.
