CHOREOAGRAPHIC WORKS OF OLEKSIY HOMON IN THE REPERTUARY OF FOLK DANCE ENSEMBLES OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article highlights the peculiarities of the choreography of the People's Artist of Ukraine Oleksiy Homon in
the context of the development of folk-stage dance art of Ukraine. His creative work is analyzed – choreographic
numbers in the repertoire of professional and amateur dance groups, song and dance ensembles.
Conclusions about the characteristic features of the artist's choreographic works and the choreographer's own style of
work are made on the basis of the analysis of scientific works, periodicals, as well as memories of former artists and colleagues
