ARTIST IN THE CULTURAL AREA OF THE CITY: DEDICATED TO THE 60 TH ANNIVERSARY OF ARTIST FROM RIVNE ALEXANDER BOBRYSHEV

Abstract

The work of the famous Rivne watercolor artist, member of the regional section of the National Union of Artists
of Ukraine – O. Bobryshev is considered; his participation in various art exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad is analyzed. It was focused on artistic samples, by which he entered into the top ten best watercolor artists of the world in 2017. The general problems typical for regional artists and contemporary regional fine arts in particular are emphasized.
