THE CONDUCTOR’S FIGURE WITHIN A CONTEMPORARY ART

Abstract

The article deals with the cultural potential of a conductor figure within a contemporary art of Ukraine,
extending the problem of a conductor-choirmaster’s performing to the plane of cultural «magnitudes» of his activity. The methodological potential of non-classical philosophical and cultural tools allowed us to integrate narrowly specific musicological principles into the specification of cultural realities
