PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY OF FATHER JOSYF KYSHAKEVYCH

Abstract

The paper covers some aspects of pedagogical activity of priest, composer, choir conductor and public figure Josyf Kyshakevych. Much attention is devoted to Przemysl life period of Josyf Kyshakevych, in particular his teaching practice in the educational institutions of Przemysl. The paper highlights the interrelation between his pedagogical and composer activities, as well as his role in introducing the Ukrainian language of Halychyna Ukrainians into different areas of cultural life.
